Sally - Cortado - Strong & smooth coffee goodness.
Ali - Flat Whites in the morning & Long Blacks to keep you going all day.
Why are you passionate about coffee?
Take three things - coffee beans, water and milk - simple, everyday alchemy. We love taking these ingredients, caring for them, and turning them into a great product. Coffee is so very everyday yet when its exceptional you can elevate the everyday. Owning The Counters gives back in the form of the great people we get to meet and work with; from customers to staff & suppliers, everyone we get to talk to cares about these three simple ingredients - that’s why we’re passionate about coffee: people.
Anything else?
Edinburgh is a truly beautiful city, full of interesting and interested people. Being part of the story of some of its iconic historic structures, in our police boxes; whilst doing something we love, is very special and very Edinburgh!
